I confirmed a date, clarified who I would be and why, and explained that Sunday would work best, pending his schedule, with failure to play that day resulting in an unpredictable schedule from that day forward.  If I wanted to back down, I could have gone about it a lot simpler.

You guys hear a very one-sided story.  He didn't tell you when I beat him a few times and left after some very uninteresting Mileena games, only for him to hatemail me and then play under an alternate account.  At which point, he was friendshipped as Jax and Mileena, then won a game with each of Jax and Mileena, quit, and sent me more hatemail.  The fact that he comes on here bitching about me and calling me out is ironic at best.

It seems that around here, the highest regard is given to those who consistently pick top tier characters and employ defensive tactics to win at all costs.  Which is more impressive, Insane-Nikidemos putting up a 10 streak with a turtling Mileena, or MK-Prince putting up a five streak with a highly offensive Reptile?  I have an enormous amount of respect for Mike Caldwell, as does anybody who can flawless me with the likes of Cage.  That takes a level of skill that far surpasses straight Jax players who begin every round walking back.  With this logic, I would gain more credibility around here if I picked straight Mileena and waited for my opponents to make mistakes, occasionally running out the clock if they refused to attack.

I'm calling out Abosco as a pussy for not following through with his challenge. I should have expected it from a guy who quits after losing 1 or 2.

We played tonight.  15-15 total.  He won 9/15 of the random matches, and I won 9/15 of the rest.  Seemed like we had some good rounds with never more than two games won in a row.

Foozer, what is up your ass?  You come off like a real elitist prick.  When we played tonight, you won about 75%, but you would taunt, teabag, or friendship.  You act like you're unbeatable.  You're not, and that's with my lowly Scorpion that you love to criticize.

Frzn_sldr, I haven't played you in a while, but if memory serves me, we have a bad connection, and you're Sub Zero and play very defensively.  To add to it, you golden punch.  So I walk up, sweep, and you auto-block.  Fine.  So you start up the golden punches again.  I sweep again.  Fine.  You start up the golden punches again.  AGAIN???

I don't have all fucking year to play a laggy, defensive Sub Zero that allows me to take off one blocked sweep damage at a time.  That is miserable.

Next time, I'd love for you to stick around longer than 6 fights, my man. But compared to your usual 2 fights, that's a gigantic improvement, congrats!

It's been awhile since I recorded matches against anyone so I figured I break out the camera soon. This time I figure I record against somebody I NEVER recorded with. 20 random fights. It will have to be on the original MK2 since I think the kollection is GARBAGE. NO LAGGERS, NO LAGGERS, AND OH YEAH, NO LAGGERS.. Who wants to get it in?

I do, at least in a few days.  I'm out of town right now and forgot my six axis at home (I usually bring it with me!).  I'm hoping you still have mame32k + kaillera set up because my ps3 died last winter or spring.  I don't mind being recorded getting my ass kicked, as my youtube page would attest to.

I should be home Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.  I'd rather do 30 games than 20, sometimes more if the connection is good.  Shoot me a pm if any of this sounds good to you.

I'm calling out Kano and Foozer to play me on Mame. My name is Divine. I used to be a friend of MK2prince. I'm an old school Kaillerian veteran. I'm not the best, but I'm definitely not the worst.

So Kano and Foozer , get at me if you want some fun casuals.  Grin My name on AIM is shorty20122012

Foozer, I saw that thread where Prince was making death threats to you on PSN. Funny shit.  Cheesy

Oh and btw, my name on Kaillera is Divine and MK2_Divine on PSN.

Shout out to my dogs Mortal_Jason and Btbb on PSN!

Hey Divine, glad to see you on here. Prince and I were good friends back in the day and we talked a lot about kaillera players, but your name doesn't ring a bell. Did you use any other names? I can't do kaillera anymore because my ping is 60+ plus my computer took a crap a few months ago and all I have is this old desktop that freezes up every few minutes. But feel free to add me on PSN and I'll play you on the condition that you give me at least 40 games, the first 10 or so to warm up since I've been away for so long. Looking forward to our games dude  Smiley

Relax. I'm not a threat to you at all. lol I used to compete at a high level in MK2 between early 04 and fall of 05, and obviously with anything at a high level, you can't just take a 6 year hiatus and come back and play for 3 weeks and expect to be at or compete at the same level as before. I'm a washed up veteran, and the game has evolved heavily. I would need about a year to get my execution back up to where it was, and I would also need to incorporate the newer tactics into my game play.

I won't address Prince as an mk2 player, but I will say, that as a person, he's pretty immature. He took the game way too seriously, and it shows by him not mentioning me. He clearly had a vendetta towards me as an MK2 player.

I came on this forum and I'm amazed at the level of respect and sportsmanship that the high level MK2 players have for each other, which wasn't around during my time.

Foozer, let me know if you need help with your PC. I know a bit about PC's, so I might be able to pinpoint the problem you're having with it. I'll add you on PSN.  Wink

Shout out to my old school dogs Dinobrothas and Sushi if you guys are still around!!!!!!  Angry

Thanks, Jason!

Divine, Prince has had a falling out with basically every player that has given him competition. I don't think he plays anymore. Prince told me about dino, but I never did get to play him. When I started playing in late 2008, sushi was still playing and I got to know him a bit. He's probably one of the most modest, best players I have ever met. I should be buying a new computer in the next couple weeks so if I have any tech issues, I'll message you. Again, glad to have you on here!
